Sacred Rage Space

Service Description

A safe space to explore anger and dig down to the root. The space will open with meditation and breathwork and open the session up for ancestors and divine beings to enter the space. Together you will perform repetitive movements that stoke the fires of anger, eventually fanning them out. After sweating, you'll answer journal prompts identifying the source of anger. Next, Leah will perform a burning ceremony to allow you to move with your anger without rejection. Finally, Leah will create a sacred space that will enable you to express everything that comes up during the session. After the ceremony, you will rest in postures promoting calm.
